Rob has been an athlete since the age of 3. While he competed in many different sports his focus was

always on tennis. Rob played #1 on his collegiate team at the University of Puget Sound. His athletic

pursuits allowed him to experience many forms of physical and mental coaching/training over the

past 20 years.  He has extensive experience in weight training, stretching, and hypnotherapy.

Over the past decade Rob has dedicated himself to the study of Traditional Chinese martial arts. He

currently studies Soft Qigong and Pin Sun (side body) Boxing under the private coaching of Jim Roselando.

He feels that these arts are SECOND TO NONE in health cultivation. Rob grew up in a family of medical

doctors and has worked with several surgeons as an ophthalmic assistant. While he believes both eastern

and western philosophies are powerful on their own, he strongly believes that an integrative approach is the

most effective. Using all of your resources can often eliminate the need for more invasive action.
